WiFi is now available in the building and we are undergoing a test phase.

During the test period, WiFi will be available at a nominal charge and we hope that you will experiment with it and let us know if you have any issues.

During testing, WiFi may not always be available.


This is a two-step process:

STEP 1: Connect to our WiFi

Connect your device to WiFi name (SSID):   PEI

Enter the following password:  Passmore

Your device should say “connected, no internet access” or similar.

STEP 2: Connect to the internet gateway

Open an internet browser and try to connect to a website.

You should get a screen saying “Enter a login token to use this Hot Spot

Underneath, it says “Purchase a token with PayPal

Click on this, select “time & cost” and pay.

You will receive a token with 6 characters e.g. FGQY2X.

Return to the login screen and enter the token and you will be on-line.


  • You only need to do Step 1 once. After that your device should connect automatically.
  • You only need to repeat Step 2 when your token expires
  • WiFi speed is about 16Mb/s down and 1Mb/s up.



Building users will be able to access broadband through a simple login process.

Payment can be made on-line by credit or debit card or through a PayPal account. You will receive an emailed receipt.


We have Business Grade broadband with high availability and low contention rate.

We cannot, of course, guaranty that service will be available or uninterrupted. In this unlikely event, our liability will be limited to refunding your wifi payment.
